At Linenly, we want you to love your bedding as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your linen items and place them back in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
